As a client, you will work with Heidi to establish an anchoring and motivating long-term goal.  Then,

each week you will take a small step in the direction of that change. Week-by-week, you will incorporate not only the successes but also the challenges and learnings from that small step into the next step forward. The process - and your confidence - continues to build with each small success.

Behavior change in the coaching model is not about ‘white-knuckling’ your way through. It isn’t about exerting super-human willpower – it's about experimenting, learning, and modifying until you’ve built a system and routine that works FOR YOU. So by the time you reach one goal, you’re confident and ready to embark on another.
